Meet Kat

Originally from the Midwest, Kat moved to Los Angeles over 20 years ago, drawn by the city’s creative spirit. You may recognize her as an actor guest-starring on many TV shows over the years, but now her favorite role is being a realtor, helping buyers and sellers find their next place to call home.

She’s worked at privately held real estate companies as well as big-box brokerages, but she found her true home with True Story Realty. “I was drawn to the boutique feel and values here. They care deeply for each client and put their needs first.”

With six years of experience in luxury real estate, Kat understands the importance of a personal touch. She’s passionate about guiding clients through life’s big transitions—whether it’s buying a first home, expanding for a growing family, or downsizing into the next chapter.

Known for her positivity, integrity, and tenacity, Kat makes every step feel effortless. She has called Toluca Lake home for 24 years and enjoys exploring LA, cooking, gardening, volunteering, hiking with her dog, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her clients consistently praise her for being delightfully original.
