A listing agreement gives us permission to advertise and handle the sale of your property and is required for us to move forward together in preparing your home for the market. It covers the basic terms of our mutual commitment, which includes the length of time your home will be listed. We go over all required seller disclosures and help you fill them out. We’ll also discuss our selling strategy and what you can expect as we move forward in the process together.

  We build a customized marketing plan utilizing the stunning photos and videos along with writing a distinct property description highlighting the most desirable features of your home - starting with listing your property on The MLS. Your listing is then cross-posted to all Real Estate platforms (Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.). We will then feature your property in social media campaigns to all top platforms creating a buzz about your home. Upon arriving at our event-style open houses scheduled over a weekend, buyers receive gorgeous printed brochures and an accompanied tour of your property. This is what sets us apart from other Realtors. We personally show your property to all potential buyers. After open houses we implement a digital automation of follow-up with every buyer that has seen your home and we report back to you. Communication is vital.

Seal the Deal

  Once the contingencies are removed, we continue to guide the transaction by engaging the buyer’s agent, lender, title, and escrow to ensure a smooth and timely closing. We lead a final walkthrough with you and the buyers, we wait to hear the loan has funded, and the following day the house is CLOSED! Congratulations, we’ve just sold your home.
