Meet Matt

Originally from New York, Matt Hayes built his life in northeast Los Angeles over the past two decades. A former session musician and television writer, Matt’s previous profession took him all over Los Angeles, and he quickly fell in love with the city’s diverse neighborhoods and beautiful architecture. Over the years, his creative career honed his dynamic communications and collaboration skills, which he uses to serve his clients with their real estate needs. Matt’s strategy for providing superior care begins by thoughtfully listening and aligning with what is truly important to his clients. His knowledge of the local real estate market and various communities throughout Los Angeles is paramount in helping his clients find just the right home. Buying, selling, or investing, Matt’s goal is to transform the typical real estate experience from a daunting task into an exciting and positive journey for everyone he serves. Matt and his wife, a Los Angeles native, have a young daughter who loves riding her bike along the LA River bike path. In his free time, Matt still plays music and enjoys cooking, camping, surfing, and seeking ‌LA neighborhoods with forgotten histories.
