Beverlywood

Beverlywood is a neighborhood in the Westside of Los Angeles, California. It is located between Beverly Hills, Culver City, and Pico-Robertson. The neighborhood has a diverse population and is known for its quiet, residential streets, and well-maintained homes. Many of the homes in Beverlywood were built in the 1940s and 1950s and have been well-preserved. The neighborhood is also home to several Jewish synagogues and a Jewish Community Center. The Beverlywood HOA (Home Owners Association) is one of the most active and effective in the City of Los Angeles, providing many services and events to the community. It is also a popular location for filming, as it has many quiet streets and large homes that can serve as filming locations.

• Beverlywood was developed in the 1940s by developer Paul Trousdale, and many of the homes were designed by renowned architects of the time such as A. Quincy Jones, Paul Williams and Richard Neutra.

These parks offer opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and picnicking.
