July has brought True Story Realty a real treasure! We are so excited to announce that Jules Exum has joined our team as an Associate Realtor! She is a rare Jewel!  

We first met Jules in December 2022 when we closed a home together.  She represented her Buyers on our listing so professionally and with such grace and humor... We fell in love with her! 

We kept in touch over the next months. 

I followed Jules on Instagram and discovered that we had a dear friend in common who also happened to be my client, Angelica.  It turns out that Jules had been her Executive Assistant years ago in the music industry.  We figured out that we had met 5 years before- at Angelica’s house.  We both remembered that Angelica told Jules that if she ever wanted to buy a home that she should use me as her Realtor! This memory made us both burst into tears.   

We tragically lost our dear Geli in 2018 after her long and courageous battle with cancer. Geli has been an angel over the years connecting so many people. We both felt we were guided by our friendship with her. We honor her memory by doing good work together now. There are just too many coincidences in this life to not pay attention to them!  Odd or God?!?
