These past years, we have faced some very dark days in our world. We are entering this Thanksgiving weekend with wars and unrest and such brutal suffering around the world. It's hard to give thanks in the midst of the news we see. Sometimes the best way to get out of what feels like the darkness, is to take action and move towards the light. One way is to write a daily Gratitude list of what is already good in your life. Another, is to donate your time or your money to a good cause.
